Conversation
Every project starts with a real conversation, usually at your kitchen table or on your land. We listen to what you want, what you've tried, what worries you. If we're not the right builder for the project, we'll tell you up front.

Planning & Estimate
This is one of the most important phases of the entire project. Meticulous planning on the front end minimizes surprises once construction begins. This is where your vision turns into materials, numbers, and a timeline.
What you doDecisions on layout, materials, and finishes. Reviews and revisions. - Step 03Permit and lead-time dependent
Schedule & Prep
Scope of work is confirmed and contract documents are signed. We review permits. Subcontractors are scheduled. The site is staked and prepared for construction, and we start ordering materials.

Build
The part where we actually build. Excavation and foundation, framing, roof, dry in, then plumbing, mechanical, and electrical. We work closely with subcontractors to ensure quality craftsmanship at every phase of the project. We meet with you regularly on site to discuss your project's progress, and we walk you through the selections process.

Finishes
Drywall, paint, flooring, cabinetry, tile, fixtures, trim. The layer you’ll touch and see every day. We sequence finishes carefully and protect what's already done. You'll watch the choices you've made become reality throughout your home.

Closeout & Care
Final walk-through together. We work through the final punch list. You get a warranty packet, equipment manuals, paint colors, supplier contacts, and a clean house. And we don't disappear after move-in. We value long-term client relationships, and look forward to meeting your building needs in the future.
