This site is operated by King Construction West (“KCW,” “we,” “us”), a family-run construction company registered in Montana.

This is a marketing site: it shows our work, explains how we build, and gives you ways to reach us. Browsing it is free and doesn’t create any business relationship between us.

Nothing on this site is a bid, an estimate, or an offer to build. Budget ranges, timelines, and process descriptions are honest generalizations from past work — your project will get its own numbers after a real conversation.

Actual construction work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement wins.

Sending an inquiry through the contact form doesn’t obligate either of us to anything. It starts a conversation, nothing more.

When you give us a phone number or email address, you’re telling us it’s okay to use it to respond to you. We don’t send marketing blasts. If you text us, standard message rates apply on your end, and a “stop” means stop.

If you send us a review, photos, or other feedback, you’re giving us permission to display it on this site and in our materials, edited only for length or clarity — never for meaning. Tell us if you’d rather your name not appear and we’ll honor it. Don’t send content that isn’t yours to share.

The text, photos, and design of this site belong to King Construction West or are used with permission. You’re welcome to share links to it; don’t republish our project photos or copy as your own.

We link out to a few third-party resources — like the Montana contractor lookup — and visitors can share inspiration links with us. Those sites aren’t ours, and we’re not responsible for what’s on them.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it’s provided as-is. Project details, availability, and service descriptions can change as our schedule and the market do. This section is about the website — warranty terms for actual construction work live in your written agreement.

To the fullest extent Montana law allows, King Construction West isn’t liable for damages arising from your use of this website — including decisions made on general information published here. This doesn’t limit anything either of us agrees to in a signed construction contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any dispute about the website belongs in Montana courts.

When we change these terms we update this page and the effective date at the top. Meaningful changes get a plain-language note, not buried fine print.
