Integrity | Care | Craftsmanship

Custom for you, built for Montana.

At King Construction West, we build for Montanans who value craftsmanship and relationships that outlast the project — because we're building for generations, not just seasons.

Your home should work for you.

We believe the quality and layout of your home shape how you live in it. A home can work for you or against you. A good remodel can turn an awkward kitchen or a wasted basement into the part of the house you use most.

Any build carries some built-in stress. As a general contractor, our job is to stand in the gap and manage all the moving parts: schedule, budget, quality, subcontractors, specifications, and suppliers. We're choosy about the subcontractors, materials, and tools we use. We keep clean, safe job sites, and we aim to build to or beyond industry standards.

A general contractor is a position of trust, and we take that seriously. Our goal is to be the builder you’re glad to tell your friends about. We’d consider that recommendation the highest compliment.

A Siding Upgrade That Exposed Two Big Problems

We replaced cedar siding with prefinished James Hardie cement board this summer, and found two problems hiding out of sight: rot along the deck, and a roof that could not be safely walked on.

Before you hire, ask any builder for proof of licensing and insurance. They’re worth confirming before work begins.
