The story
The challenge
The homeowners wanted a full bathroom built inside their existing master bedroom. The room had to be found within the space they already had, and the layout had to earn every inch.
Our approach
We worked up several options, each with clear construction plans and 3D renderings so the layout could be settled before construction started. The bid and the construction timeline were laid out in detail up front. The finished room holds a walk-in shower, a vanity with a backlit mirror, full-height linen storage, and a private water closet.
